Learn Shiatsu and Japanese bodywork on the beautiful island of Ibiza.

Sotai Workshops

Learn Sotai a fabulous method for rebalancing the musculo-skeletal system. Using the principle of moving away from pain or discomfort Sotai is a gentle way to realign the body improving both the posture and general health.
