Oriental Medicine consists of eight distinct and separate traditions often known as the ‘eight strands of the brocade ’. These are often practiced alone but can also be used together

Acupuncture, Massage, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Moxabustion, Physical Exercise, Meditation, and Qi Development.

I practice an integrated style of acupuncture and Shiatsu based on TCM and the Five Elements and involve  all eight strands of the brocade to a varying degree.

Backrubbers was set up in January 2000 to provide massage in the workplace and at exhibitions.
